Customized Site Package:

Our award-winning designer––who happens to be an author herself––will have you fill out a questionnaire in which she will gauge your preference and gain an understanding of your work and budget. Every site is designed from scratch, no two sites are alike.

Site Edits/Webmaster functions

  • Up to 2 hours of edits a month : $180/month due on the 1st of the month (minimum 6-month contract)
  • Up to 3 hours of edits a month : $250/month due on the 1st of the month (minimum 6-month contract)
  • Hourly maintenance on as needed basis at $100/hour (minimum an hour)

Email Marketing

  • List management and form integration on your site with an email campaign manager* (such as Constant Contact, Vertical Response, Campaign Monitor, Exact Target, Intellicontact, etc). Keep in touch with your visitors and fans without the hassle of entering them into a database. The process is automated through an online form for $200. Price does not cover third party registration costs. Vertical Response is free to set up.

  • First Email Newsletter Design: template creation, testing and first deployment through your campaign manager: $450

  • Subsequent Periodic Newsletter, Announcement or Press Release: $300 (if template was created by us).
  • Subsequent Monthly Newsletter or Announcement: $250/month  (if template was created by us) due on the 1st of the month (minimum 6-month contract)
  • Email Marketing Consult: $100 for an hour-long phone consultation

Add Ons

  • Google Analytics: Install a tracker on your new site. Check where visitors come from and which pages they visit. $200. For existing sites not done by us, an estimate will be provided after reviewing the architecture of the site.
  • Custom Blog to match the look of your site: $550
  • Animation for first page to highlight a product or service:  $450

  • Update your site without knowing html. A browser-based database would let you update information on your site: $100/hour for the creation of the database and admin functions. This option is available only for new sites

    Starter Site Package:

    You can get a starter package which includes everything you need to have your name and book available to the reading audience. The price is extremely reasonable because we work from a template, however, we can customize it to fit your needs.

    What You Get:

       • Home page
       • Info page with up to 5 books or other items listed
       • Bio page
       • Contact page with an email inquiry form
       • See sample of actual website

     What We Do:

       • Customize a template with a color scheme to match your books or images (samples)
       • Add your initial content and images to the site
       • Do one round of revisions and corrections
       • Configure the domain name
       • Set up a custom you@yourwebsite.com email account
       • Set up website hosting for one year (after the first year, website hosting
          is approximately $120.00 per year)
       • Test, troubleshoot and publish the site

    Your Domain Name

    You will need a website domain name if you do not already have one. We will provide instructions for registering your domain name. The cost for registering a domain name is approximately $10.00 per year.

    Optional Items

    Here are some optional items we can do at a per-item cost -
       • Set up additional email addresses
       • Add additional books or items to the info page beyond the 5 item limit
       • Add or edit content after the site is published
       • Set up PayPal ‘Buy’ buttons using your PayPal merchant account.
          We can provide instructions for setting up your PayPal account if you
          do not have one.
