About Us

Reader Views is an Austin, Texas, based company. We started late December 2005 as a book review service. Shortly after the company's birth we expanded into offering a variety of services for authors.

Our team

Our team consists of management, staff, and volunteer reviewers living throughout the United States and Canada. Each member of the team is unique and they come from all walks of life with a variety of life experiences and interests. Learn more about our team.

Our book reviews appear on amazon.com, on USA Today, Reuters, Fox News, Fox Business, and NBC. They also appear in newspapers such as Austin American Statesman in Austin, Texas, Chicago Sun-Times, Courier Times (suburbs of Chicago), The Beacon Times,Journal-News in Hamilton, Ohio, Lake Country News-Sun in Waukegan, IL, Palm Beach Post, Post-Tribune in Merrillville, IN, Southtown Star and The Herald News and on many online websites such as LiveStrong (Lance Armstrong Foundation) and blogs as well as city sites such as ClickOnDetroit and Click2Houston. Our clients

We review books and offer publicity for well known authors such as James Patterson and those that are unknown, self-published or published by a small press. Fox News named Reader Views as one of the top five blog sites for health related books.

What we do

Besides reviews of books, we provide services for authors such as book publicity services, editing, author interviews, literary book awards, as well as coaching to write book proposals. We strive to be a good friend to authors, publishers, and publicists, thus our service standard will exceed their expectation. We stand committed to continuously develop ourselves today, tomorrow and for the years to come.

Charities we support

We monitarily support Higher Power Foundation with direct financial giving. We also financially sponsor a woman in Bosnia through Women for Women International.

As well, we donate reviewed or extra Advance Review Copies and books to Safe-Place Austin as and a different library in the area on a monthly basis. We also send a weekly box of ARCs and extra (or author donated) books requested on Books for Soldiers.

In August, 2006, Pantheon Design and Reader Views were selected to receive The American Association Of Webmasters "Gold" Award for this site. The award highlights the effort of both organizatons in creating a clean design and layout with quality content and informative data for all site visitors. The American Association Of Webmasters Awards are primarily designed to supply formal recognition to webmasters and designers who have shown outstanding achievement in web design, content and style creativity.
