The Soul’s Intent: An Interview with the Divine
There are many times that we as individuals sabotage our own life; we don’t see where we are in reality. We dream big, but we do not seek those dreams. The author has given us a chance to become more self aware and live in the now. Each chapter builds on the first where the author discusses how our ego only lets us see the world under a veil. We need to look at our life and see what it has taught us through our experiences. He also lets readers know that we can forgive and we need to learn to be patient. Throughout the book there are conversations between the ego- which likes us to feel guilt and see things like we would like them to be - and the divine whose job it is to help us take the veil off and see the reality of our lives. Everyone has potential, but not everyone is truly working toward his or her highest potential. We are always telling ourselves why something cannot work. Chapter 6 talks about mastering our fear. Sometimes we are afraid of the unknown or we are in pain. The author states that everyone experiences fear differently, but one must meet his or her own feelings. Some of us hide fear very well, but it won’t go away unless we confront it. “The Soul’s Intent: An Interview with the Divine” by Ernie Vecchio is very enlightening, and one that really makes the reader think. It is not a book that can be read quickly. Reading a few pages at a time, then spending time reflecting on what one read is the best way to go. If you want to know what holds you back from feeling free and loved, this book will help.
