“Leather and Lace” is a very well-written e-book.  Once I started reading the story I found it hard to put down and read it in one sitting. 

Private eye Cleo Tanek has just started a case that is going to change her life forever.  She has been assigned to follow and find out as much as she as can about Lukas Nathaniel Lace, a billionaire CEO of Lace Industries.  Lukas is a workaholic who lives a secluded life.  He appears to have no skeletons in his closet and has not dated since his last long-term relationship. 

I am not sure how Cleo thought that Lukas would not notice her in her mini skirts and super-sexy high heels.  She was surprised when Lukas finally comes up to her in a restaurant.  Sparks immediately begin to fly and Cleo broke her own rule of never getting involved with someone she is working for or investigating.  She keeps telling herself it is just about sex, but she realizes that it is so much more. 

Cleo feels very guilty about not telling him what she does for a living and it all comes out when someone attacks them and tries to kill Lucas.  Lukas is furious about the deception, but he cannot stop thinking about Cleo.  Cleo is afraid that Lukas is going to be killed and will not stop until she catches the person who is trying to kills Lukas.

“Leather and Lace” is full of intrigue, romance and some very explicit sex scenes.  Nothing is left to the imagination in the sex scenes and they are very well written.  The author did a great job with this story. I would highly recommend it to someone who enjoys a good romance with a good dose of erotica.
