Atlantean's Quest: Exodus When Jac Ward heard her best friend Rachel’s message on the answering machine end with a scream, she sets out on a rescue mission. Jac’s deceased father, a former Special Forces OP, taught her well. She’s tough, strong, stubborn and able to fight. She quickly makes arrangements for the rescue operation. Rachel is her best friend and she will do whatever it takes to see her safe return to New York. Ariel, the seer of the Atlantean’s, the survivors of Atlantis, foresees Jac as the soul mate of warrior Ares. He looks forward to the challenge Jac represents. The two will make a strong pair. From the moment the two connect it is a battle of lust, strength and emotions. Dangers await Jac for Dr. Donald Rumsinger searches for the Atlantean’s with the plan to make his name and fortune from their discovery. Ares will stop at nothing to claim his true mate. He will do battle with a young warrior he mentored almost losing his life. What will it take for Jac to realize the depths of love? “Atlantean’s Quest: Exodus,” by Jordan Summers is one of the best books I’ve read in a long time. The writing is superb and the characters come to life on the pages. Jac is strong, sarcastic and a fighter. Ares is her perfect mate, strong enough to conquer Jac and gentle enough to love her. Dr. Rumsinger is a continuing character from “Atlantean’s Quest: The Arrival.” He’s still evil and a great antagonist for the couple. Coridan is an immature warrior that Ares has mentored; I look forward to seeing more of him in future books. The plot is fascinating. I’ve truly enjoyed this book and look forward to the next installment. I highly recommend this book to those that love erotic romance. |
