“Silk and Steel” takes place is a small, quiet Rocky Mountain town.  But don’t let looks deceive you; this little town holds lots of dirty little secrets.

Frank Cooper has been a loner almost all his life and he’s gotten used to it that way, but his life is changed forever the night he meets Maureen O’Malley. On the urging of his friend Dimitri Kells, Frank joins them for an evening out, and on this faithful night he meets Maureen O’Malley.  The beautiful singer made Frank feel things he thought were dead and buried. From that night on he thought of her.  A week later he was in her parent’s house attending a dinner. There he came face to face with evil. A set of Japanese swords, one a fake, one an original.  It was said the original held the powers of its evil maker, and any who held it felt it.  Unfortunately Maureen would soon discover just how evil it would make someone, just how desperate, and at what cost they would go to have it. Maureen paid with her life, and Frank, along with help from Dimitri and his underworld contact in Japan, would make whoever had killed Maureen pay. They would pay one way or the other.

Follow Frank and Dimitri as they uncover a world of lies, ancient evils, blackmail, sex, and deadly secrets.  Where sex, greed, lust, hatred, and most important pure evil will stop at nothing to get what they want, no matter what happens, and if anyone gets in the way than they become a liability.  A liability worth killing for, and maybe even dying for. Can Frank or even Dimitri make it through with their lives? And who else will suffer because of one set of “bloodthirsty” swords that were made for the sole purpose to kill…”kill anybody nearby”.
