Dr. Sujansky has written a series of books on organizational development and achievement.  The KEYNotes to Achievement books are simple and brief, yet profound in content and messaging.  Dr. Sujansky discusses why people leave organizations, and how to find and keep A+ employees.  Ultimately, it is about true leadership and a great organization, as she so well articulates.  She describes the characteristics of good leadership and that motivating people is often not difficult.

As the retired Chief of Police for a city near Seattle, I earned two graduate degrees in Business and Public Administration, and taught leadership and how to build high performance organizations.  I fully understand how to build winners and can with confidence state Dr. Sujansky knows well herself.  This book should be included in the learning toolkit of every manager.
