Dr. Sujansky has written a series of books on organizational development and achievement.  The KEYNotes to Achievement books are simple and brief, yet profound in content and messaging.   While the book is brief it is certainly to the point, and the points made are spot on to what it takes to make a winning organization.  Not only does Dr. Sujansky provide the reader with a specific roadmap, but involves them in related questions.

As a retired Chief of Police it was my responsibility to develop and lead departments to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.  I studied leadership and organization development in graduate school and researched and reviewed many books.  My goal was to find materials that were direct and to the point.  This book is exactly that.  I can identify with Dr. Sujansky as I wrote my own book, “Leading Beyond Tradition”, with similar intent.

I highly recommend this book, and all her others.  They really are an excellent set of reference and learning guides.  Add them to your library.
