Sixty Seconds to Success Sixty Second to Success is a collection of tips that everyone, starting from a simple white collar worker to the highest executive, can use to reflect on the quality of their lives or career and make it better. The book is divided into chapters stressing troublesome, at times, areas of our lives, such as” Know What You Want from Life” or, Motivation” and “Discipline”. Every page contains one tip and talks how to incorporate that tip into your life. Under the tips, the author placed a workbook area, where you can make notes and jot down your ideas on how to put the tip into action. The language of the book is very clear and simple. The author is very precise and to the point and does not waste time or paper to elaborate the rules. What I like about his style is that he does not bore the reader with numerous examples from his life or life of someone he knows just to prove his point. The tips are all there is that you need to work on improving your life and your everyday habits. They are clear and easy enough to be used right away and leave some margin for your own interpretation or modification. |
