When I first started trying to read, “The Sculptor in the Sky,” I had some difficulties. In my personal life, I was being hit with having to deal with a situation that I thought I had closure in eight years ago.  Unfortunately, I discovered that this was not the case and that the person with whom I had to formally complete this closure with was not operating out of honesty.  I was in a situation where not only was I having to relive painful memories, but I was also having to deal with someone who pulled me back into them and was showing me that he had not changed at all.

I had read enough of the beginning of this book to know that I was truly in a place where I needed it.  After taking a couple days off from reading anything, I finally sat down to read, and immediately found myself immersed in "The Sculptor in the Sky."   As I absorbed Teal Scott’s powerfully written passages, I noticed that I was starting to relax, my breathing was becoming easier, and the pains in my body were diminishing.  While I would find her messages meaningful at any time, I was actually gifted with her words at the perfect time. I was able to use them to process the situation I was having to deal with and see how I could work with raising the positive vibration of my thoughts to have healing for myself, and to allow me to continue on my own personal journey of remembering my true purpose here, in this life, and finding my bliss.

Ms. Scott tells us that we are born with full knowledge of what we are here to do.  Society, including our parents and religions, tend to act to trap us in places where we forget our purpose and we start living with the feelings that we have no control or freedom in our lives.  These thoughts and actions make us feel a sense of separation from our true Source which is infinite, and we forget that we are part of the oneness of this Source.

The author reminds us that we are here to find our bliss by reconnecting with this Source. We are in control of our thoughts and lives; we just need to realize it.  No matter how much we surround ourselves with negative energy vibrations, we cannot damage our “source self.” By putting “The Law of Attraction” to work for us, we can overcome the negative vibrational energies that we have allowed to come into our lives.

Ms. Scott believes that we are all capable of developing intuition, psychic abilities, accessing our guides, and healing.  The closer that we get to source and the further away we get from the negative vibrational energy, the more control we will have over our lives.  By having forgotten the purpose of our lives, we have suffered.

I found Ms. Scott’s message to us in “The Sculptor in the Sky,” to be powerfully written and a huge wake up call that most of us need.  She recommends some simple exercises and offers a tremendous amount of material one could use for journaling.  I cannot wait to really get to work and do the exercises and journaling so that I will not be in a place to allow myself to forget who I am, or feel disconnected again.  I highly recommend this book for one’s self and as a gift to others.
