I would say that “Let Spirit Into Your Life” found its way into my life at the perfect moment. But the more that I think about it, the more I realize that this book would have benefited my life at any time.  I am just really glad that I had the chance to read it!

Samantha presents a Twenty day positive living program that is really easy to follow.  There are only 123 pages, so the reflections and exercises are relatively easy to do.    The exercises help you to discover the purpose of your Soul and you learn how to live in alignment with this purpose.  Much of the book was channeled by a collective group that Samantha refers to as “Joshua.”  The wisdom that comes from Joshua is incredible.

In this program, you will find yourself reading the teachings, meditating on them and journaling about them.  It will allow you to see your life from a higher level and to live it positively.  Samantha is a Life Coach and a Spiritual Motivational Speaker.  I appreciate that she self-discloses personal issues and crises that she had to overcome and learn from to get to where she is today.  It really validates what she is about.

She has makes a statement that really hit home with me for myself and for some others close to me, “The way that other people treat you is exactly the way that you treat yourself whether through a lack of self worth or a fear of upsetting people, you keep this life because you are creating it through you own thoughts and feelings trapped within you.”  By learning to love ourselves and others unconditionally, we can overcome this.  In learning to love ourselves unconditionally, we learn to overcome fear.  Fear is an ego-based emotion that makes us feel like we are less worthy than others.  By learning to love ourselves we feel less dependent upon others because we won’t want to settle for a relationship that is less than one that we have with ourselves.  We can learn to be happy alone.  You stop wasting energy on pleasing people and looking for approval from them because you will no longer fear their rejection.  “By choosing with love, honesty, forgiveness and truth we stop attracting in those experiences we encounter when we choose anger, rage or hurt.”  “Let Your Spirit Into Your Life” will take you through the steps that you need to learn to live with love instead of fear.

I highly recommend this book to people who are looking to improve their lives and release the fears that are holding them back from discovering who they really are.
