What little girl doesn’t dream of being a princess?  None that I know of and one way to help her feel like a princess is allow her to have a “tea.”  It will be fun creating the party with her but the best part will be watching the transformation that happens when she and her friends change into princesses.

“Princess Tea” gives suggestions on creating that special party with themes, menu suggestions and decorations.  Of course the result from making any of the recipes will transform anyone that will even get a slight nibble.

The recipes are easy and fun.  And, I doubt there is anything that wouldn’t delight any little girl.  I loved the “Hot Chocolate Chai.”  I am a Chai drinker and was pleasantly surprised of the taste when adding cocoa to it.  I also tried the “bbq cups” made from refrigerated prepared biscuits, group beef, smoked barbeque sauce and a little cheese - adorable, and needless to say, tasty.

I’m really impressed with “Princess Tea” by Janeen A. Sarlin.  She understand s what little girls like, but most of all she understands that Moms or Grandmas need simple, fun, ideas.  And, that’s exactly what you get in this book.
