“Increase your efficiency and profits in 90 days or less” are the author’s exact words.  This book is the blueprint for a very successful career in real estate or any sales field for that matter.  It’s a fun, fast read designed specifically for the salesman. Oops! Salesperson, sorry ladies.  Each chapter is unique and concise and carries so much valuable information; it’s like a coach’s manual.  Not always what you want to hear but right on in every case.

Jerry Pujals embraces each and every aspect of the real estate industry, glossing over nothing.  There is not one facet of the business he does not address with clarity and direction, and it’s obvious it all comes from his own encounter with the harsh reality of the business.  To be successful you must do them all and do them well.  Take the chapter on accountability which is never easy; many sales people shun the thought.  Pujals dwells on this in detail showing its importance and how one may develop the meaningful routine to be accountable to themselves with alternatives if necessary.  He breaks each segment down into small pieces that allow one to develop the discipline to make this a daily routine.  Soon your daily schedule will be filled with these routines.  The monitor to test this will be the increase in the monthly commission.

The chapter on Tracking Yourself would have kept me in the real estate industry if I had read it some 20 years ago.  It’s simple, to the point and it tracks the successes and the dark areas that need to be tweaked.  I had a reasonably successful career but looking back I can see the opportunities that were overlooked.  I would have remained a realtor and not have pursued a new career in another industry.
