Caro Connery’s past has come back to haunt her.  Ten years ago, when she was nineteen-years-old, she became the blood mate of a half-vampire prince, named Alex King.  Five years ago, she left him.  She could not handle the pain that his infidelity was causing her.  She is surprised and dismayed to discover that they will be sharing a business contract.  She is in the business to arrange social events for humans and non-humans.  Caro and Alex will now be working closely together.

Even though five years has passed, Caro is still drawn to Alex.  It doesn’t help that the people who are involved with their businesses engage in salacious, lustful behavior.  Caro tries to hold on to her emotions as she finds herself in erotic positions with Alex.  It is very difficult, especially since it seems that Alex has matured a lot and doesn’t treat her like he used to.  Caro and Alex find themselves fighting their emotions for each other while having to deal with an evil vampire who gets upset when she doesn’t get her way.  Mixing business with pleasure definitely has its complications.
           
“Party Vamps” by Jennifer North is an exciting story to read.  It incorporates heterosexuality, bisexuality and homosexuality into its pages.  Definitely not the erotic story for someone to read who has traditional tastes; however, for those of you who like to read erotica tales that are extraordinary, this is the one for you.
