Annette Ryder is an independent woman who has been experiencing feelings of submissiveness lately.  Online, she locates “Mr. Paul,” also known as “Master.”  Through their e-mailings, he lures her into the world of hardcore BDSM.  Once she agrees to learn to be a submissive under him, he starts sending her orders that force her to step outside her comfort zone.  Through this exploration of her sexuality, she learns that this lifestyle holds the key to what has been missing in her life.

Venturing out to Mr. Paul’s estate, she delves deeper into stepping outside her comfort zone and explores whole new aspects of her sexuality.  She learns to submit to male domination.  While she is in training, she encounters a trainer named, “Master James.”  They find that they have a strong chemistry, but do not admit it to each other.  Meanwhile Annette learns to perform sex acts on command and she has to beg for permission for her own release.  She finds this experience addicting and exhilarating.  She feels at home here.  She also finds herself having more feelings for Master James.  She hopes he will be the one to buy her at auction.  Time will tell.

J.W. McKenna has written an extremely erotic tale.  “My Pet” is definitely for hardcore BDSM erotica fans.  Every possible need that you could have regarding BDSM will be met in this story.  For myself, I enjoyed being able to step into this world through the pages of this story.  It is not a real lifestyle that I would want for myself, but through the power of fiction, I can look into someone else’s story and enjoy the moment.  I definitely recommend this story for erotica fans.  I would not recommend giving it as a gift to an elderly relative unless they are really wild and have a really strong heart!
