Without wanting to sound too much like Paris Hilton, this book was HOT! Jessica Grayson is a gorgeous sophomore at the University of Arizona. Professor Craig Bennett is her English professor. I only can wish that I had a professor that looked like him when I was in college. Jessica finds herself lusting after Craig during class hours. Craig feels the same way and has several moments where he has to make sure that he remains behind the podium so that he can cool down.

Craig tries to do the honorable and ethical thing by avoiding Jessica’s advances; however, he finds it impossible to continue to do so when she shows up naked in his office. Craig lets her know that if she wants to be with him, he has to be in charge. She agrees. Meeting her at his home, he shows her a special room that he has in his basement. This room is equipped with every toy that you can imagine. Jessica finds herself strung up in many different positions. Discovering that Craig is into sadism, masochism, bondage and domination does not dissuade her from having her desires met. Neither does the addition of his brother Dave when he shows up to share in the fun. Jessica’s desires are completely met. Adding to the mix, are the feelings that are developing between Jessica and Craig.

“Taboo: Taking Instruction” is a great book to read to escape. It is a short book, so if you are pressed for time, you will be able to finish it quickly. Ms. McCray really does a good job of making you forget where you are at and gets you totally caught up in what is happening to Jessica. What a lucky girl she is!
