Dealing with Difficult Behaviors – (Volume One)

I have always had to deal with difficult people in business. Sometimes getting excited about a new project and seeing all the possibilities and then being crashed to the floor because of complaining and negativity. It would almost get to the point where I would not mention the new projects until they were well under way in order to avoid certain people within the organization. And, of course, there is always someone that takes the project over and claims it as their own even to the extent that the originator of the project was called incompetent in order to make the claimant feel superior. I think most of us have had similar situations no matter where we have worked or for that matter, played.

Kelly presents simple methods that really hit home. I tried a few of them after listening to the tape and lo and behold THEY WORKED! I was so impressed that I listened to the CD a second and third time just to make sure I had all the ammunition I needed to get control of the situations I was facing. If you have ever had to deal with difficult behaviors (not necessarily difficult people) then take time to purchase this product and listen to Kelly’s sage advice.
