Professor Bencion Kampos combines philosophical background with logical meditation and scientific fact in this thought-provoking, fascinating treatise. The book is an exposition of his theory of the purpose for man’s existence, man’s destiny, and the afterlife. The discourse is based on the conclusions of his years of study and research on lifting the mysterious veil of man’s origins. He has drawn heavily from the writing and predictions of English physicist Paul Dirac, and included thoughts from the writings of Paul Davis, and John Gribbin, with references from the later studies of Carl Anderson.

The author introduces the subject of the existence of magnetic monopoles.  He also discusses reincarnation and the relationship of humans to the universe. Kampos hypothesizes that the premise of man’s earthly existence is for the purpose of transitioning to another world. He believes that death is not a devastating or catastrophic event, but a life-imparting separation of our soul from our physical body to transfer to a better world of eternal existence.

By using personal life stories of real life events and experiences, Kampos uses illustrations and examples to give legitimacy and authenticity to his conclusions. These stories help the reader better understand his provocative concepts.

The book includes an appendix, made up of articles written on the unification of fundamental forces of nature and highlights on the idea constituting the theme of the book.  The material is presented in a logical manner from the Introduction through to the Epilogue.

NASA presented Kampos with the Apollo Achievement Award in        recognition for his significant contributions to the Apollo mission.  As a member of the Research Society of America, with degrees in mathematics, Celestial Mechanics, and Physics, Kampos is highly respected and speaks with credibility. He has done a remarkable work of blending philosophy, science, and spirit in this discourse, “The Enigma of Our Existence and the Mystery of Our Destiny.”
