This makes it easy to carry around to refer to throughout your day. Instead of beating you over the head with your problems, she encourages readers to make new habits that will help them reach their goal. The positive approach is much more user-friendly and the idea of actually writing responses to the questions and having a record of your goals is invaluable. “Scripting your way to success is an extremely forceful tool for change.” She even goes into how when you change one thing in your life, other changes just may follow. I’m embarrassed to say she mentions cleaning and organizing your living space. How did she know that’s a main problem for me right now? She gives several other examples designed to help you feel better about yourself so that those good vibes will help you attract more positive ones. Her primary goal is for readers to control the negative chatter that goes on in our heads. “You will attract the goals you desire by using your positive emotions because when you feel good, you attract situations and outcomes which match that same frequency.”As the author states, this isn’t just about weight loss, but building self-esteem. And she has you writing daily affirmations to reinforce all that you learn. It is like having your best friend checking in on you daily and making your stand on the scale when you don’t want to. Ninety days may seem like forever, but it is only three short months to a new and improved you. Maybe even a thinner you! I should say definitely a thinner you.
