We all know we can’t survive without water.  We are told that about 70-75% of our body weight is water, and it helps to maintain body temperature, aids in digestion, and flushes out toxins. We are also told we need to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.  But, do we really know the real importance of the quality of the water we ingest?

Ulrich Holst, an expert in water vitalization, gives us a glimpse into the scientific research of noted forerunners in exploration of energetic water properties. As well, he assesses available devices and systems that restore the water to a state that provides healing properties and energizing capabilities.  Such systems can also reinstate polluted and metal-infested water into that of a pure mountain stream.

I found this book of much interest but it was also slow reading.  Translated from German, “The Healing Power of Energized Water” is technical, yet it gives a concise overview that is understandable.  We, as readers, learn that revitalization of water is an important aspect in the health and energy of all living beings whether human, animals, or plants because of the synchronization of biological processes.  For example, when polluted water is put in contact with concentrated vital water the composition changes and revitalization occurs on a molecular level. There are many techniques, e.g., filtering, magnets, turbulence, dynamization, semiprecious stones, etc., that can be used to create an optimum water supply of which Holst discusses.

Our clean water supply is diminishing and with the recent oil spill we are even more aware how our water supply is being threatened.  “The Healing Power of Energized Water” is timely and I encourage readers to find out for themselves how we can revitalize our water supply and heal our environment.
