To Save The World “To Save the World” is the story of a world reminiscent of Earth in many ways. But unlike Earth this world’s beings are dragons and humanoids. A strange energy is at work in this world that has been at war for centuries. Three strong, intelligent women are transported to this odd world. . But are they intelligent and strong enough “To Save The World”? Sixteen year old, Stephanie is a high school student dreaming of adventure. She, her mother, Elsie, and her best friend, Eris are transported to Arhka. When the first arrive a humanoid with blue skin and pointed ears, driving a jellybean shaped car almost runs over them. Soon Stephanie learns that this world is not foreign to her mother. On this strange world the different forms of humanoid are engaged in war. Zeradeus attempts to explain the war. “We were at war with the Teregians over humans. They exist on our world as they exist on yours, but their numbers have dwindled to the edge of extinction. We of the Vampire race developed a technology to open connections to other worlds, allowing us access to humans that existed elsewhere.” Stephanie’s mother is so much more than she ever knew. The inhabitants of Arhka refer to her as “The Power”. “The Power cold impose her will on our world and manifest it in any form as many times as she wanted without suing any sort of aid, becoming a formidable and strange adversary.” “Her power, and her role here, are both far greater than any esteem she could have on your world. She was revered among the Teregians as something of a goddess, and even I know Erinoch Zayr is madly in love with her.” Stephanie is stunned to learn more. “A war like my mother fought on a world that wasn’t her own, involved with races that drank our blood for nourishment. And now, they’re asking for my help.” Stephanie must decide whom to trust. The relationship between her mother and herself will be tested; will it be strong enough to with stand the test? The war does not end with this installment of the Arhka Chronicles. Stephanie has many adventures ahead of her. This book is well written and easy to read.
