Steve Harper is the man behind this very enjoyable book. Steve is a married man living in Texas with a wife and two sons. His parents raised him to know that for every action a human being initiates, there is a ripple effect.

“The Ripple Effect” is an explanation of relationships. What Steve brings out in these 160 pages of information is amazing. From the beginning he states,”if you’re not where you want to be, it’s not too late”. Meaning, there is still time to turn your life around in a positive manner and Steve shows you how. He explains the complexity of ripples in our daily life, what reaction the slightest action causes. Steve tells it all, from “the science of ripples” to “the ripple philosophy”.

Then it’s on to “Relationship Building” and discussions of “Mavens, Relaters and Evangelists” .Who they are how to pick them out and how to benefit from them.
Mr. Harper shows the reader how these relationships are related in the realm of networking. He explains the benefits of a good network and how to go about positive networking within your own environment.

Building trust and a good rapport within a relationship is important and stressed in “The Ripple Effect”. Steve tells how awareness, trust and many other factors go into building a bond with people within your own network. He stresses fair play within relationships and how it affects clients and prospects. How employees and co-workers are affected by mistrust, suspicion, fear and animosity. These feelings are analyzed and solutions presented to help overcome almost any situation. Steve gives us the tools to accomplish these goals, with planning, practice and execution.
