Absolutely, and Wendy Stofan Halley is just such a person. She is an extremely talented practitioner of indigenous healing methods and she has the ability to spiritually be in touch with a person’s consciousness at a distance. In this amazing true life story, you will learn how she was able to help a very special 19-year-old young man. She uses the name Jason for this story, but, has changed his true name to protect his identity. He is the brother of her brother Tim’s girlfriend, and they need her help. Wendy’s father calls her to see what she can do to help Jason and his family. Her father knows that she has been studying shaman stuff and even though they don’t understand how it all works, her father has faith in her ability to try her best and do what she can. Of course she will help and there begins the amazing story of her spiritual connection with this young man who mysteriously slipped into a deep coma.

“Slaying the Mouse” is extremely vivid in detail and amazingly insightful. Wendy is able to spiritually meet with Jason, talk to Jason, and help him to understand his fears and eventually conquer them. Where once he was totally unresponsive, he comes along way back on his own road to recovery through meeting with Wendy on the spiritual plane and through meeting with the healers and guides that she brings along with her. She has kept a journal of her e-mails with Jason’s family members, and the confirmation of the work Wendy is doing with Jason on the spiritual plane is remarkable.
 
I was totally amazed by this great book and couldn’t put it down from the very first page. The story line is fantastic and her writing flows so smoothly and brilliantly. I became so spiritually enlightened each step of the way and you will feel as if you are right there on their healing journey too.
