Tammie Richards and her friend Kate went to the Dusty Hat for dance lessons.  Most people came to meet other people and Kate was determined that Tammie needed to meet someone and have some fun.  Tammie was a logistic analysis for a firm that shipped cargo throughout the world.  Marine Captain Frank Ballinger has the evening to relax.  He and his men were training for a special mission the next morning. His men had talked a lot about the Dusty Hat; he was glad they had insisted he come with them.  He had fun with Tammie and eventually invited her to meet his family.  Someone has been stealing U.S. Cargo containers and using them to import weapons.  Frank and his men would be boarding the cargo ships and searching the containers without anyone’s knowledge.  As a Special Ops, Frank could not tell anyone about the containers.  Tammie was sure someone was messing with her cargo containers.  She had no idea she was being followed.  But she did know someone had been snooping around her office.  The bad guy was on Tammie before she suspected anything.  He shoved a needle into her leg and then dumped her body in one of the cargo containers.  Frank’s heart almost stopped when he realized whom his men had just rescued.

“North Atlantic Nights” is a page-turner.  This book has everything -- suspense, romance, and love.  The characters are well-developed.  The relationship between Frank and Tammie is very romantic and wholesome.  I read this in one sitting; I couldn’t lay it down.  I highly recommend “North Atlantic Lights” to fans of romance and suspense.
