Trying to quit smoking has got to be one of the hardest bad habits to try to overcome. You know that you want to quit smoking to better your health, live a longer life, set a better example for your family, have better breath, and increase your bank account too. Think of all of the money that you have spent on cigarettes over the years. Wouldn’t you like to have all of that money now earning a high interest in a savings account for your future? I knew that I sure did! The problem was twofold, first, how was I ever going to have the will power to quit in the first place and, secondly, I had heard all of the horror stories about people quitting and gaining a lot of weight…and I sure didn’t want that to happen either!
Well, how would you like to quit smoking, once and for all, without all the pain of nicotine withdrawals and without gaining weight? Seems like a fantasy doesn’t it? I know, I thought so too, until I tried the “Quit Smoking with No Weight Gain” hypnosis CD by Susan!
I had tried everything in the past, the gum, the lozenges, the patch, and even acupuncture! Nothing worked! I had the determination and I thought I had the willpower. Oh, I would quit for a couple of days, even a week or two, then something stressful would happen in my life and the first thing my mind told me to reach for was another cigarette. Then, there I would be, back to my own self-inflicted misery.
Then, I contacted Susan and she told me that she could help and to just give it a try. I was all for trying, but in the back of my mind were all of those neurons saying, “Oh no you don’t! This isn’t going to work! We want our nicotine!” I could hear them and feel them throwing a temper tantrum in my mind. But, I wanted to give this a try.
I have to tell you that the “Quit Smoking with No Weight Gain” hypnosis CD did work for me and that I have been smoke free since October 14th 2006. Did I gain weight? Nope, I actually had more stamina and positive energy so that I actually lost 8 lbs!
What this CD did for me was to calm down my unconscious mind (all of those pesky neurons) and calmly put them to sleep. I didn’t hear their chatter and I felt so much more self-empowered. For the first couple of days, I was listening to the CD at least twice a day, once in the morning and once
before going to bed at night. When something stressful popped up in my life (remember that I quit just before the holiday stress and I have quite a big family) I would take a breather and if I needed it, I would pop that CD back into my player and listen to it again.
The information on the CD is remarkable and it will put all of that knowledge right into your subconscious mind as you are in a very restful/meditative state of being. So, you don’t really have to do a thing, except to allow yourself to calm down, and take the time to listen to this CD, “Quit Smoking with No Weight Gain”.
Even though I have been smoke free since mid-October 2006, I still listen to this CD at least once a week, just to remind my subconscious mind that we are doing this for the good of us both and all of the benefits that being smoke free reaps. I also totally enjoy the deep feeling of meditation, relaxation, and comfort this CD brings.
