Way of the Blood Drippers
K.T. Fung writes with a very informative yet interesting style. He keeps the suspense going while the plot unfolds with many twists. “Way of the Blood Drippers” shows that ancient tradition is still present nowadays, but can cause problems. Peter Cushing and Tiffany Li are government agents that have been assigned to find out what thirty-six X-Agents are planning to do by the time the President of China visits the U.S. On the way they discover that all thirty-six of these people belong to the ancient Blood Dripper Clan, a secret society that has executed countless contracts for many powerful people. Also, the X-Agents had all gotten a kidney transplant at a certain hospital in China. They soon discover that the X-Agents are planning to use a radioactive device, and that the Clan should’ve cancelled this project when one of their leaders died. This book was great; it tells a lot about the history of China, while keeping the information from being like a history book. Anyone who likes to read mystery novels should read this, and if you’re into Chinese history I recommend “Way of the Blood Drippers.” I have only one complaint though, there were a few typos and the author seemed to write some questions with the wrong position of words. Such as “Now that we know how the X-Agents were ‘armed,’ do we know how would they be ‘activated’?” In my opinion the second part of this sentence should have read “do we know how they would be ‘activated’?” But don’t let this discourage you from reading “Way of the Blood Drippers” as this is a very good book. I’d like to see more publications from K.T. Fung in the future. It was a pleasure reading this novel. Discover the mysterious magic-like ways of the Blood Drippers. Can the ancient customs of the clan survive in this modern day world? Find out in the suspense-filled novel that takes you all over the world. Will this duo of government agents find out what’s happening before the President of China visits the U.S.? |
