Have you ever been in a situation where no matter what you do, you cannot seem to lift the negative energy or its effects?  Have you ever wondered where the negative energy is coming from?  I certainly have, and I am sure that most people have dealt with these situations.  I firmly believe in the power of positive thinking, but many times as I have used visualization techniques, meditation and many other things, I have found that there is something else preventing success.  I found the answers to these questions and so many more in this new book, “The Science of Leadership.”  Even though this book deals with some complicated theories about energy, it is well-written and very reader-friendly.

The authors best sum up their book -- “To improve the Energy System that is your life, your family, and your organization, you must reduce to the minimum the Negative Human Energies in the system.  This is quite possible to do.  All energies, Human Quantum Energies included, obey exact laws and principles.  There is nothing accidental or random about Negative Human Energy.  It has exact causes and precise remedies.  Until now, no one has been able to solve the problem of Negative Human Quantum Energy.”

The authors have very impressive credentials and certainly have the extensive experience working in the corporate world to give advice in helping people create better, improved lives.  These theories can also be applied to life in general, not just the corporate world.  To do this, you have to be willing to take a good and very honest look at yourself, and take responsibility for what is, or what is not, working in your life.

As has been proven by the overwhelming success of the “The Secret” and so many other inspirational materials, many people today are looking for answers to the secret of success and happiness in new places.  I firmly believe that the ideas in “The Science of Leadership” will lead people to find those answers.  I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys inspirational and self-help books.  I hope to read more from these authors in the future.
