“Wild Fire” is one of those books that will remain in your mind forever.  You will constantly continue to wonder... "What If?" and "Could it be?"  The book leaves you truly questioning exactly how much truth there is to fiction.

Based on some very current-day situations, some of which the author probably had no clue he was so accurate about, DeMille makes his reader stop and take notice to what's happening in our world today.  While this fiction piece is based on a lot of truth, it will make you wonder how close the writer has come to foreseeing the future.

The story itself is written with such true grit that you feel as if you're no longer reading fiction, but perhaps a real life event.  As the characters unfold you see depths of them that can be frightening at times.  With such a realistic view on our current world situation and the possibilities of what could be in store, DeMille makes the reader truly believe that "Wild Fire" could truly be what's in store for America's future.

What would happen if the nation's welfare were put into the hands of a mad man, yet nobody knew?  Could just a few top level men create a whole new world order with the push of a button?  As the story unfolds, you not only question the validity of it's contents, wondering if there is more out there than meets the average eye, but you soon begin to realize that our world could easily change in the blink of an eye and perhaps even easier than anyone could begin to think.

Thrilling, nonstop action and adventure, you will not want to put this book down for a second.  I guarantee that when you do set it down, your mind will continue to think about it continuously.  Combining a world of espionage amongst our own governmental levels, deceit, greed, and grit with the innocence of mankind itself, you will find yourself questioning at times your own thoughts on how to create 'world peace.'  Could it be so easy, yet so callous to create a new world order?  How much power would it take to change the outcome of our world?  And would we have any clue what truly happened if our government did decide to react to another threat as large as 9/11?

DeMille not only brings our own minds into action, awakening from a deep sleep of believing what we're told, but he opens up avenues of discovery that only a fictional tale can do with such accuracy of real life.  Amazingly written, this novel is destined to become a best seller with an appeal to anyone human.  “Wild Fire” is an absolutely brilliant piece of work.
