“Become Tomorrow’s Mega-Agent Today” by Carla Cross is a must-read for anyone considering becoming a real-estate agent.  She bluntly explains the demands of the profession.  There is no sugar-coating in this book!  Cross explains to the reader that the real-estate business is not a hobby; it is not even a part-time job.  It is a career. 

“Become Tomorrow’s Mega-Agent Today” is enjoyable to read.  The format and font makes the book simple to read.  The figures reinforce the material.  The start-up plan is explained in simple terms. 

Cross explains everything that the new agent needs to know.  She explains how to find the right agency.  She details how to begin a client base.  She lays out everything in between.  “Become Tomorrow’s Mega-Agent Today” should be on every new agent’s desk.  Most importantly, it should be required reading for anyone considering the profession of real-estate.
