The purpose of “BrainSweep” is to discover what you really want in your life through six simple lessons. The lessons are designed to be completed over a six-week period.  Evelyn Cole insists all six lessons must be completed because the system is based on much research in psychology and learning principles. She also insists the writing must be done by hand to truly access the subconscious mind. Being a psychology major with emphasis in psychosynthesis and having an avid interest in these principles, I highly endorse Cole’s concept because I know it works.

For the purpose of this review I took a lesson per day rather than a lesson per week as Cole suggested. However, I will now take the full six weeks to complete the eCourse as planned.

Cole explains journal writing sifts out the “rubble” that often prevents us from manifesting goals.  This exercise in itself accesses the power within the subconscious mind and brings out our beliefs, whether real or imaginary, positive or negative.  By understanding how our mind works we can change the negative belief structure and manifest goals in our lives.

Each lesson contains writing exercises.  For example, lesson one addresses beliefs.  Cole has a series of questions we ask ourselves and then write them down. I know that over each one-week period much will be revealed.  The first day we only access the surface of our beliefs and as the days go on and we do more writing, more of our beliefs come up for us to address.  The lessons must be done in sequence to get the full effect of the whole eCourse.

Simple, concise, and extremely effective, Evelyn Cole has created an eCourse that will take you from a stagnant place in life to one that is filled with happiness and joy.  Her straightforward, yet powerful, steps will have you plummeting to a place you’ve never been to before – I truly promise that, but you must consciously work the program in “BrainSweep.”
