Rachel has a deep desire to be submissive to a man, to totally serve him.  Her ex-husband thought she was too kinky for him.  Boyfriends tried spanking her but they just didn’t enjoy it and it wasn’t enough.  One evening after a few too many drinks, Rachel pours her heart out to Cindy.  Cindy is a natural sub and Kevin is her master.  She suggests that Rachel contact Sir James.  They speak by phone for three weeks before Rachel agrees to meet for a week in a cabin.  She has led him to believe that she is a well-trained slave.  Sir James is rather angry at her deception.  But after punishing her he decides that maybe he should train her.  He feels an attraction and emotion for her that he did not expect.

In “Unbound Commitment” you experience the training process along with Rachel.  She learns the positions, present, beg and inspect.  She learns what happens when she disobeys.  With training she learns to focus outside herself.    She learns that she craves to do the things demanded of her.  She hungers after Sir James’ attention.  Her sole purpose must be to serve Sir James and meet his needs.  By meeting his needs her needs are met.  She proudly wears a collar and leash for him. 

This book is not for the fainthearted.  Sierra Cartwright is a talented writer.  The plot is fascinating and flows smoothly.  Eagerly I turned the pages to see what would happen to Rachel and Sir James next.  Rachel is a strong, beautiful woman used to having men do her bidding.  She seeks fulfillment in a way she’d only fantasized about.   Sir James is handsome strong and pretends to be detached when actually he’s falling in love.  He knows what Rachel needs and patiently trains her to recognize her own needs.  Patiently he trains her to meet his needs.  The secondary character, Cindy, is extremely interesting.  If Ms. Cartwright has not already written a book about her she might want to consider doing so.  I will be looking for more books by Sierra Cartwright.  I highly recommend “Unbound Commitment” to those that enjoy erotica, bondage, submissive/dom and a good read.
