You can view the selling process from relationship selling to needs analysis, asking questions, networking, listening skills, presentations and much more.  Each topic covers fifteen pages jam packed with tips and tricks for the reader.

Selling is one of the easiest professions to get into but one of the most difficult to master. Each of the authors in this book have experienced both ends of the spectrum and shared their experience and knowledge on the subject. Even though some of the advice is common knowledge, each chapter has several golden nuggets that will make the difference on how well you will be able to sell products or services. After completing the reading of each chapter, there is a list of action items that will compel the reader to follow the sage advice of each expert. What better way to take the advice and use it immediately.

If you want good advice and great ways to implement that advice, this is a book you need to read.
