"We Say It Without Words" is a 40 minute self help CD.  The author and speaker Lillian D. Bjorseth speaks on the evidence that body language often says more than words spoken.  She tells about a study of young children and their ways of communication.  It’s a study that may explain why adults have so many problems with speaking and or body language.  She explains how important it is to be concise with our body language.  She gives the listener ways to practice our own body language and how to read others.

I enjoyed this CD.  Her voice is easy to listen to.  My most practiced bit of body language, which she speaks on, is the firm hand shake.  My mother always said that one could go far with a firm handshake.  After listening to this presentation my thoughts turned to e-mail.  Is our message really getting across to the receiver?

Lillian D. Bjorseth is a graduate of the University of Missouri.  She has over 20 years in the field of communications.  Her experience includes the corporate world of AT&T.  She has also received many awards in public relations and speech writing.
