I have spent the past 30 years teaching college students, business professionals, and conducting training seminars.  One of the biggest struggles at any of them is to get the people engaged and involved directly at the outset, in a manner that keeps them engaged throughout.  I’ve researched many techniques, using some, ignoring others.  Had I been in possession of this little guide it would have saved me a great deal of time, energy, and trouble.  Lillian Bjorseth did the work for us, developing a neat set of tools that can be used in virtually any setting.  In the short time I’ve had the book and materials I’ve successfully applied several and will tell you they really work.  I intend to use them all before long – what a great asset.  Thank you Ms. Bjorseth; you are great.
