For me, Celtic music at Christmas sets the mood for the whole season.  Picturing the folk music of Ireland and Scotland gives a sense of country, family, and heritage. As well, traditions involving music are passed down and are cherished by not only the Celts but by peoples around the world.

“A Celtic Christmas” includes three CDs:  Celtic Christmas Songs, Celtic Harp, Celtic Joy.  The vocals are wonderful and bring the touch of genuine ritual.  My favorite is the CD Celtic Harp.  The pieces are beautifully presented and profoundly impact the soul when sitting back, with eyes closed, and listening to sounds of strings.
