Sales Managers, you need to use this book as your course material when training the new recruits or honing the skills of the seasoned veterans. We have never before in the history of mankind seen a society with the desire and the wealth of our Boomer’s. They are seasoned buyers with years of experience, past mistakes to refer to, cons to be wary of, but a proud and powerful consumer to be respectful of. Know what they want to buy, know what they should buy, and they will be your dedicated customer again and again.
